Our trade test centre are well equipped and updated every now & then to be more competitive.

We have all types of testing facilities and materials as per specification provided by company.

All different materials are readily available like pipes of all sizes, CS and SS. Electrodes available as per wps/job specification provided by company. We have mobile oven / main oven for heating the electrodes, all safety equipment provided to the testing candidate.

Following test are being done :

All pipes position are 6G- 45 Degree POSITION. Uphill & Downhill welders test.
One of the method purging the pipe which is used in continue Pressure pipes.

WELDERS TEST:

• FCAW (Flux cored arc welding) - this welding process test is mostly done on plate.


• GMAW (Gas metal arc welding) - used in heavy industries.


• GTAW (Gas tungsten arc welding) - this welding test done on 2”/ 6” on CS and SS pipes as per specification required by client. We use different electrodes 708/ 612 FOR capping & filling. Any other electrodes given as per requirement.


• PAW (Plasma arc welding) - Non-consumable electrodes.


• SMAW (Shielded metal arc welding). Done on pipes of 2” & 6” dia. schedule 40 to 80.


• SAW (Submerged arc welding).


• PLATE WELDING – test done on plate thickness from 10 – 12 mm. position of 2G / 3G / 4G.


• MULTIWELDER – TIG&ARC – pattern are same as above subject WPS.

We have facilities for RADIOGRAPHY TEST (X-RAY) of welded pipes and plates as per
WPS / SPECIFICATION provided by Company.
